Not very long at all. 2005, Hazard. Pikeville won the regular season district in 2006 with a 42-6 win over Hazard, but was defeated in the 2nd Round of the playoffs by Hazard, 15-14.

Did not win it since 1998 (3 times) in 2005 (3 way tie Paintsville, Pikeville, Hazard. I think after the tie-breaker it went 1. Paintsville,2. Pikeville,3. Hazard due to a crazy wild tie-break system lol), 2003 (Hazard), 2001 (Paintsville).

Pikeville regular season district titles since 1998 (12):

1998, 1999, 2000, 2002, 2004, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012
