Its an even year, so it will be an even district number getting homefield advatage.
When it comes to regions, region 1 will travel to region 2 and region 3 will travel to region 4.

According to the KHSAA website Nelson County is currently 3rd in district 4 with a record of 2-1.
The games that count toward their district record are:
Bardstown (L), LaRue County (W), North Bullitt (W) and Central Hardin (10/19)
