Who has the best feeder programs in the state and what do they do that sets them apart?

One of, if not the most, important building blocks is your feeder programs, so I'm looking for ideas and suggestions.

Most in nky don't hate any kind of feeder program besides middle school. kids just play aau with kids from other schools.
