Yes I know it's early but Estill has 3 games left possibly 5 depending on the outcome of next Monday's opening round of district play

I thought they were only loosing 6 players? I could be wrong though.

You would think with loosing that many players it would be a rebuilding year, however, JV had so much talent this year that I feel the next couple of years should be pretty good for them.

What's your opinion on tonight's District Game? Powell only beat Estill by couple points here at home back during the regular season? Can Estill find away to somehow pull out the upset and win their first district title??

Yes, as long as the girls played like they did last night and Coach leaves the rotation alone.

Last night seemed like he had the right group on the floor only to sub someone in and then Owsley would come storming back. Even if it means he leaves the same 6 on the floor for all the matches, once he finds the right mixture he needs to leave it alone.

I'm really hoping Estill somehow pulls out the upset. To my knowledge Estill has never won a district title in Volleyball or Boys Soccer. I think Girls Soccer won their first ever district title this year.

He doesn't fool with basketball while Volleyball is going on.

I can just about guarantee that Clark County, Montgomery County, East Jessamine, Berea and Garrard County will be on it. I don't know about Tates Creek or Knott Central. I'm assuming Knott Central will be on it but don't know for sure. I don't think you'll see Tates Creek on it but I could be wrong.

Maybe Estill continues to do the East vs. West Spikefest? Maybe be in the Rockcastle Tourney?

I don't know about Tates Creek either. However, judging by the schedule you posted, Estill can beat any of those teams.

They had a good number of new faces out for the VB meeting the other day so hopefully they can replace all the seniors they lost.
