Friday night lights on Log Mt did not reveal the passing game or the running game everyone was looking for, but TWO great defenses ... We knew Bell was good from their number #1 ranking, and we understood that Wayne had something from their 4-0 record. What we didn't know was the defensive battle that was about to ensue. If it wasn't for three early turn overs, two special teams and one interception, all inside Wayne's 30 yard line we could have had a complete different ball game. Those 3 turn overs lead to 21 points and Bell never scored again!! Wayne entered the red zone 4 times and Bell's defense held after what seemed like a easy march down the field. Finally punching it in after a botched punt and a short field. Defense Wins Championships not passing games!!!! Stop teams from scoring, create turnovers and you can WIN !!!! Bell wins this one thanks to Defense and Wayne will win more games and be a formidable foe thanks to there Defense
