UK tickets in NCAA hard to come by By Herald-Leader Staff Report

Here is ticket information about UK's upcoming appearance in the NCAA Tournament:

Where: KFC Yum Center, Louisville

When: Thursday

General public tickets: All-session tickets have a face value of $243 or $180 and are sold out, according to the KFC Yum Center Web site, which says that tickets are only available at http://www.NCAA.com/mbbtickets.

UK student tickets: Lottery will be held Monday at 5 p.m. in Memorial Coliseum. Doors open at 4 p.m. Each student will receive their own number upon entering the Coliseum. Approximately 100 student tickets will be available (for the UK sessions only). For more information about how the lottery works, visit UKAthletics.com.

Its ridicolous how much tickets cost.
Sadly, theres not much difference in these tickets and a regular season game at Rupp.

Yeah, I agree completely!! I think the NCAA should do it on a percentage basis and not an overall amount because if 100 UK students get to go and for example 100 Mississippi Valley State students get to go, that 4% of the student body from MVSU versus 0.3% of the UK student body. IMO, the NCAA should alot tickets to at least 5% of each school's student body so for UK that would mean that 1400 students could go to the games.
