Buckhorn over Perry Centeral - Not sure this was an upset, in my opinion Perry Central's out of region schedule really was not tough enough to make them a clear favorit in that district or region. There was a lot of hype associated with the Paige coming in. But for this thread we will call it a upset.

Pineville over Barbourville in the 51st

Barbourville people considered their team to be a favorite to win region. I don't believe they were that good but definitely an upset. Their out of region schedule was terrible as usual. No inside game ultimately sealed their fate.
