I just read where Billy Hicks will be the head coach of the East team in the McDonald's All American all star game. The game will be played in the United Center in Chicago.

Technically, he's from Ages, which is between Harlan and Evarts. He graduated from Evarts High School in 1970 and started his coaching career at Evarts, then Harlan, then Corbin and then Scott County.

few years ago before Knott Central hired David Fraley, Billy Hicks was seriously considering Knott County Central's Coaching Position, even toured Knott Central High School and everything and at the last minute he decided to stay at Scott County
