January 9, 2012, Dave Cantrell ratings in Lex-Herald, Harlan Co. rated 5th in the 13th region, Hazard rated 4th in the 14th region. Seems these two teams are pretty even in ratings. Ratings usually go out the door when the teams meet on the hardwood. With this being said, I'll take Hazard by 6.....
