The No. 1 Shamrocks reached the semifinals of this event for the fourth time in seven appearances, and they're looking for another title to go with the ones they won in 2004 and 2009.Trinity's defense locked down Lakota West in the first half, holding the Cincinnati-area team to 15 percent shooting (4-for-26). That enabled the Rocks to lead 26-11 at the break and they weren't seriously threatened the rest of the night. Their biggest margin was 22 (37-15).Lakota West made a late run and cut the deficit to nine, but the Firebirds' rally ended there.Darryl Hicks had 10 of Trinity's last 13 points and
finished with 21 points, 10 rebounds, three assists and two steals. Nathan Dieudonne had 14 points, eight rebounds and four assists. James Quick added 12 points and seven rebounds off the bench.Lakota West, which shot 29 percent for the game, was led by Monty Boykins' 13 points and nine rebounds.

Trinity has a great team this year. I just don't understand why James Quick is playing Basketball. He is likely to play in the NFL one day and it would be a shame for him to get hurt before his senior year.
