Final in the City of Palms tourney in Florida, impressive win by Trinity
No stats for Trinity yet, but after losing 2 games to some very good competition in games that Trinity probably should have won, they win a game that they probably should have lost. Trinity took advantage of some key Taft mistakes late in the game.
Trinity is now 1-2 down in Florida and I think they have a chance to play 1 more game before heading back home. All 3 games were against some very good, nationally recognized competition.

Is Taft a good team this year? I have not looked into any of the Cincy teams and did not know who is at the top of the rankings.

Taft is the HEAVY favorite to repeat as D3 Champions in Ohio. They have 4 returning starters and 9 total seniors on the team. Their only issue is depth in the front court.

No, their best player is Adolphus Washington, Ohio State football commit and football 2nd team All American. Dwayne Stanford is an Oregon football commit, but both had several major D1 basketball offers. Jalean Lowe has a major D1 interest, but the only offers are from a few mid majors. Orlando Berry and Jermaine Freeman have several D2 offers.
