^no way. Cordias to fast and press to much for any team to run the score up one em. If knott wins it be by single digits. I'm call an upset just due to defensive abilities of sumner and k.williams. Davis hasn't took a game over yet this year. Justice is good but khalil is faster and has bout 15-20 lbs of muscle on justice and a lot better defender than justice. And kcc inside doesn't score they board and let the guards handle the scoring. As long as cordias defense is up to par with their offense cordia by 5 in an huge upset. Also cant forget cordia just came off a huge win to jackson city. I kno knott has to with phelps, only difference is knotts use to that. Coridas going to come out pumped. Hope hall and christian are rdy for a very long runnin game.

This game will probably be close with it being at Cordia and the game being hyped because everyone wants to see how good Cordia really is. Knott Central starts 3 freshman in Justice, Hall and Christon and comes off the bench with a freshman (Cornett) and junior (Shrum). 4 of their first 7 are freshman which could result in some losses early in the season but will help them get experience for when it really matters in February and March. This team will be really good come tourney time if Davis stays healthy. Knott beats Cordia in a close game 66-60.

This game will definitely be a guard oriented game. Hudson was a true 2 guard bck home and with being 6'5 imo is gonna be a match up problem for hall and Christian. Hudsons boards and takes off down the other way just like a guard and can probably cover the whole court in about 4 seconds. Davis could match up better with Hudson but Davis is also the best match up for khalil Williams due to him being so much stronger and quicker then both Adams and justice. Both Chris and Khalil will be top ten players in the region at the end of this season. But I'm going with Cordia in a tight one by three.

Cordia is not ready for Knott's ability to get the ball down the floor against the press the Lions have. They will throw over those traps all night and be dunking on the other end. Cordia would do better trying their half court traps, but still Knott has the experience at the guard spot and will not effect them too much. I will say Knott can shoot the ball 10 times better than Cordia so I'm going to say Knott by 15+ early in the year! Later in the year, Cordia may get a little better, but still see them losing to Knott in the finals of the district. Knott is the best team I have seen play this year so far. Seen Perry play 2 times and Knott play 2 games and they are daylight and dark, the Patriots fabulous transfers are way above what the Commodores are right now.

^ Cordia is a quicker team then knott. U might not wanna worry about how kcc is gonna score. The worry for kcc is can their defense stop cordias offense. Sumner is 6'2 and very athletic, in which adams is around 5'10 and plays on the ground and not a good defender at all. And trust me if justice or adams either one guard khalil, he's gonna have a field day with driving and finishing strong. Justice is a very good offensive player but not to good of a defender either and both big man for knott are freshman and can't run with hudson . Its going to be a good game. Cordias defensive press and athletiscm get them the w Thursday.

Thing about this game is for sure guard play, and that is why I believe the best way for Cordia to win is not to press. If Cordia presses this game Justice and Davis WILL NOT turn the ball over. Pressing will give KCC easy buckets, can't give the best team in the region easy buckets. KCC has two big men to Cordia's one, have the best 3-point shooter in the region with Seth Adams, and Zach Davis who could be the best player in this region.
Upside for Cordia is they will be getting a lot of shots up, but in return if they get a lot of shots up, means KCC will be getting a lot of shots up. This is going to be a dog fight but lets not get ahead of ourselves, Cordia is good but Davis could win the game by himself easily.

Going to be one exciting game, wish I didn't have to miss it, will for sure be at the 2nd meeting, GO LIONS!!!

How is the seating going to be for the game. Will Knott Central be able to get any fans in or will Cordia have the seats filled early due to the gym being so small. There better be heavy security for this one due to how close the fans will be to the players.

You think KCC is better than PCC and Hazard??? Aren't they a fairly young team?

They did presale to the community and school, but are saling 250 tickets at the door. Reason for doing is because of kcc is bringing a fan bus full of students. Feel sry for anyone not there by 4:30.

LOOKAYANNER Wrote:You think KCC is better than PCC and Hazard??? Aren't they a fairly young team?
Everyones hyped about kcc due to the offsensive abiliities, they haven't played anyone yet that they we're forced to play lock down defense. Their inside DOES NOT SCORE. They are a guarded oriented team. They look for justice or davis to lead and the rest follow. Justice and adams are good shooters, but that's all adams is. Hand up and he's done. Hold davis to the best of your abiliities hands up and good defense on justice and adams, and you've stopped their offense. Kcc offense fantastic, defense not so much.
