What do the Engineers need to do to improve from last year's disappointing 2-8 season?
Engineers will be in a total new offense in 2012 and if it works well then it'll be there in 2013.
I do believe the Engineers will be slightly better in 2012

Wow! You all already have your schedule lined out over there SK? LOL...you guys are all over it. I think that Estill will be pretty good next year; at least in the skill positions. My buddy from EC watched that game with me from the track that night when Rockcastle played them. He would point out the sophomores and juniors that were making plays during the game that he knew. It seemed like the playmakers were pretty young that night. I don't know about the linemen that EC will have on hand, but, there should be a pretty solid group of skilled players.

when we done the schedule last year they signed 2 year contracts with each team making this (2012) the 2nd year of those contracts.
Estill is going into some type of spread offense, not sure what it's called. Have heard it is pretty awesome. It's a different type of spread from the one they tried back in '05. I have had several parents of players tell me that here in couple years (from last year) that Estill is gonna be hard to beat.
