Does anyone have faith in the Raiders. Can they come out of there slump and play like they did in the All "A"? How far will they make it?

SF's major problem is attitude. I have said this many times before. They have the talent to be at the top of the 15th, but as long as they let their tempers interfere then they won't make it very far. Here's how I see it; if they let the refs officiate the ball game without help from the players then SF could be in the championship game of the regional tournament. But if SF continues to try and be the refs, then they won't make it past district. The 1st rd game with Prestonsburg will tell all. Should be a dandy of a game.

Sotuh Floyd will make it all the way to Prestonsburg on Feb. 28th and then they will start baseball practice. They don't have the composure required to be an elite team IMO. They are a team that when they are hot can play with and beat anyone, but lean on their outside shooting to much. I don't like the way the players and fans act about the team (espically on here) so I am going to say that they earn an early exit, but if they can begin shooting well the 15th better look out.
Predicition:
P'burg knocks them out of post season play.

South Floyd has the players to go along way if they keep the attitudes in check. IMO i think coach Hall need to do this every once in a while :Hammer3: to keep them in check.. Can't get to far though with the attitudes and personally i think coach Hall is to kind of a person to be a High School coach.. Its ok to be good to your players but there is a time to do the my way or the highway thing.. Good luck coach Hall

They better be playing some good ball. They are going up againist a tough and hungry P-burg team in District. Good luck to Coach Hall and the Raiders.

well i am behind the raiders 100%.. they need to keep there heads up high.. and go to the game knowing they are going to win instead of thinking they will loose... GOOD LUCK BOYS!!!!!!
02-23-2006, 08:38 PM
If SF plays to their capability then they should do very good in the region.
02-23-2006, 08:51 PM
i think that the raiders will go to the region if and only if they change their attitudes but i do wish they will still be the same on the taunts and trash talk i love it. good luck raiders im behind u all they way win or lose.
02-23-2006, 11:51 PM
It's all about their attitude.

South Floyd will go far in the regional tourney but only if they control their tempers and try to get the ball inside instead of firing up 3's all night.
02-24-2006, 11:15 PM
i think that SF has alot of talent and could go a long way in the region and H e l l possibly even win it IF they get there tempers out of the way and dont be gelous of one another... best of luck SF in the post season hope u go a long way

i belive the raiders hav a very good chance in going all the way if lik evry 1 else said they keep ther heads in the game and dont wory bout the refs cuz ther aint nothin they can do bout it wen they make ther call.
02-25-2006, 12:35 PM
too many headcases on one team.....lol...but it's true...if 10,24 and 34 dont get their fair share of shots they all whine and complain to bh about not seeing the rock.....it's borderline ignorance! if they share the ball like they did in the all a they can beat ANY and EVERY team in the region...but it all depends on their piss-poor attitudes IMO
02-25-2006, 04:06 PM
yea the raiders do need to work on passing the ball and they also need to work on there defense.... I think they will have a good chance of winning if they play as a team..GOOD LUCK SF!

whats up with the south floyd basketball. Are there ball players that bad at sportsmanship.why dont the coaching staff do something about this situation. By reading most posts on here sounds to me a lack of respect for there coaching staff is the problem. Just my opinion.

When you've had the sucess as SF as had in the last 5 or 6 years its easy for others to become jealous. If the Raiders step it up like I expect them too they can win the whole thing.

If They Play Together As A Team, And Forget About The Ref's, Then They Have A Chance.
02-26-2006, 06:48 PM
They won't be able to play as a team becauseRyan Johnson will try to be the star like in every big game...and in every big game that he hastried to be the star and take over SF has got beat....p-burg by 25 or more just like the last time SF played there

Hey Retarded, I'm detecting a little jealously from you over Ryan Johnson. :blabbermo

South Floyd doesn't deserve to make the regional tourney. They have no discipline and teams like that get knocked out early, so P-burg will end their season in the first round of the district!

south floyd should win against p-burg if the refs dont get in the way and then they should do good in region...good luck sf

Since we are being honest with each other the truth is, "like it or not" he is easily the best point guard in the district and maybe the region.

true but he cant shoot very well behind the arch he can drive but he also needs to work on his jumper a little u cant take them all the way to the hole every time need to mix it up a little.
