Last season: 18-12 (lost to Henry County 52-49 in first round of Eighth Region Tournament).
Player to watch: G Dwayne Marshall, a junior, averaged 13.9 points a game.
Other top players: F Michael Brooks, G Ralphie Stone, C Brian Stone, G Buddy Johnson.
Outlook: After watching the Titansâ hard-fought scrimmage against Ballard, Gaither said he was impressed with his teamâs defense. Collins also boasts a strong offense with several guards who can score. âOur strengths are being able to put points on the board and shoot the ball really well,â Gaither said. âWe have some young guards, so we need to work on taking care of the ball and avoiding turnovers. If we can take care of the ball, we can have an excellent year.â Brooks is also a top football player for the Titans.
