Very nice sportsmanship by Walton-Verona. Very nice sports complex.
This was a very exciting contest. Estill was down 30-13 in the 4th and came back and just about beat the Bearcats.
Estill had there chances to win this game. Estill had a the ball go through a wide open receivers hands in the endzone late in the 4th quarter. Estill was stopped on 3 2 point conversions.
To the Engineers Seniors, Guys I know this is a tough way to end your football careers but keep your heads up. You all had an outstanding career. The School is very much appreciated your dedication to Estill County Football. Best of Luck to each and everyone of you Seniors on your future endeavors.

Well said SK! Even though this season was disappointing, I think that next looks promising for Engineer football!

^ JV went 4-2 and from my understanding (I wasn't at any of the JV Games, just from what I've heard from parents of players) is that Estill's JV should have been undefeated

Walton-Verona junior inside linebacker Cory Bennett intercepted an Estill County pass with 20 seconds remaining on the Bearcats’ two-yard-line to seal the win.
Bennett also had 11 tackles and a sack and fellow inside linebacker Quincy Page had 13 tackles.
On offense, Walton’s senior running back Nolan Brown ran 18 times for 116 yards and two touchdowns and senior fullback Matt Hendren scored a touchdown.

that was from Trevor Jones. Walton-Verona had the wrong physical sheet on Estill.
Dotson didn't play. He's a JV Player. That last Estill touchdown was either Trevor Jones or Charles
