Could be a high scoring game. Both teams want to throw the ball and you never know how that kind of game will turn out.

I think Harlan and LCC will make it through fairly easy, but Whitley and PCC will have to earn the 2nd round game.

Everyone knows that you need to stay away from Harlan County until you absolutely have to play them.
It's Harlan County and Perry County should be the top teams in each bracket and a rematch is what is most likely.

However...
Perry has NEVER won a playoff game so it's hard to say they are the favorite to play for the regional title. Especially since they played Whitley so close.

But the feeling around the mountains after last night is that a Harlan County/Perry Central rematch is probably going to happen.

Perry finally gets the monkey off their back and wins their first playoff game. Then they beat Whitley in a epic rematch and double their total of playoff wins. Then the rematch with Harlan. I want it so bad. I completely respect Harlan and acknowledge their the best team in the Mnts, but after seeing them in person they do have some vulnerabilities that Perry exploited. Not saying that Perry beats them, but if they actually get to the regional championship, you never know.

I hope for another Whitley/PCC game win or lose, i hope its as good as the last one.

I have to say the playoffs have been a curse to the Dores in the past. I dont know if this year will be any different. I do think they will get the first playoff win, but I dont know if they will go any further no matter who they play.
I see Whitley having a great chance at beating SW. They have to be bitter about finishing 4th and have the most to prove out of everyone. So a Whitley PCC rematch is going to happen I think.
On the other side I dont see anyone playing the bears close. It would take a major upset for them to not be in the finals playing Perry or Whitley.
I would like to see Letcher get a first round win also. With Johnson back, I think thats always a possibility.

South is a finness team like Perry in a lot of ways.
Perrys weakness is physical teams, not small weak finess teams like south.
