Theo Epstein is "on the cusp" of joining the Chicago Cubs, according to the Boston Herald.

Epstein's Proposed deal with the Cubs would include more Power than what he has with Boston

As a Yankee fan, the worst thing than Francona leaving would be Epstein leaving. If The leaves, god forbid that the Sox bring in some intelligence, because Theo had none! The Cubs woes will continue.....
