Lady Owls win the 55th District Title after beating Breathitt County 2-0 and Leslie County 3-0 in the Championship Game
Breathitt County: 2-0 (28-18, 27-25)
Leslie County: 3-0 (25-21, 25-19, 25-23)
Owsley County came into District play 11-10
Leslie County came into District play 19-9
Owsley County (13-10)
Leslie County (20-10)
This is the 1st District Title for the Lady Owls in a long long time, if ever. Not sure if they won a Volleyball district title before 2001
