Yeah....you are thinkin about the basketball set-up. But, I know what u mean, and I would say....no State title. It will be a good overall region though with Belfry (never down), P-Burg will be better, SC will be shooting for the regional title, and Breathitt will be better as well.
You will also have better teams in the bottom half. SV will be better, as will PC, ER, etc.
