Does anyone know which district winners in 3A and 4A would get to stay at home this year untill the finals?

In the regional finals (round 3) it depends upon the seeding of the teams who meet in that round. If both teams have the same seed, then the team from the odd numbered district would host because it is an odd year. However if one team is seeded lower than the other one, the team with the lower seed will host. For example if a 2 seed and a 3 seed meet for the regional finals, the 2 seed will host.

In the semifinal round (round 4) The team from the odd numbered region will host the team from the even numbered region because it is an odd year.
