IMO Owen County is overwhelming favorite for #1 seed in this district
Any given Friday upsets can happen and that is what makes it interesting
Computer ratings algorithms only predict the future based on past data and
don't always follow the script of the drama on any given night but here are the
Freeman Rankings and Ratings for this district

so if OC defefeats CC then the playoff seeds will be the same as the above rankings
I believe these ratings translate to OC being favored by 13 points over CC but I think this is understated OC/WV spread =11 and OC won by 21
Computer probability of victory is OC 78% CC 22% but seems low on the OC side to me

using the same data set I can calculate the same for the rest of the region if you find that interesting...regional would include Holy Cross and NewCath and would look rougher for the Rebels

Owen should not have much challenge from Trimble POV is about 99.3% OC which is exactly what it projected for NCC vs Brossart and that wasn't too close
