Homecoming for the Eagles.
Parades (if you're coming to the game get there early the road will be closed for it), fireworks after the game, and all that stuff.
Eagles tend to do well on Homecoming.
Eagles win
Good Call NKY.

I think Cooper is better than people think. They've played some decent teams and hung tough. They gave NCC all they wanted in that scrimmage. I actually thought they were physically tougher than NCC.

I thought the Jags were better after seeing them a couple of weeks ago, but I did not expect they would keep Scott out of the endzone.

Cooper moving to Class 5A this season created an opportunity for its program.
Head coach Randy Borchers said it was then just a matter of his players believing they could compete immediately in the new classification.
On Friday night, the Jaguars might've convinced themselves and upcoming opponents they are more than capable.
Junior running back A.J. Collins rushed for 205 yards and a touchdown helping lead Cooper to its first-ever district victory, 39-0 over Scott.
Jaguars junior QB Tyler Morris rushed for a pair of touchdowns and returned an interception for another score.
"It hasn't been an easy road for us," Borchers said. "Were we ready to play 6A ball?, not sure. Tonight was huge. We just needed to start believing."
The Jaguars defense was dominant on Friday night. Scott's first five possessions resulted in four punts and an interception. The Eagles had just 87 total yards.
"We've been preaching defense all year," Borchers said. "We have a big challenge in Conner next week. But I think we'll be ready."
Cooper, which averaged just 12.8 points in its first four games, scored on its first possession with a 7-play, 74-yard scoring drive.
A 17-yard run by Collins helped set up Morris' 48-yard touchdown run to put the Jaguars ahead 7-0. Collins had 11 carries for 83 yards in the first half.
Cooper senior defensive lineman J.P. Williams intercepted Ben Osborne's pass to set up a 2-yard TD run by Morris making the score 13-0.
Morris delivered on defense moments later, intercepting an Osborne pass and returning it 48 yards for a touchdown to put Cooper ahead 19-0.
"I saw a flag route and I jumped it," Morris said. "I saw an opening on the right side and took it all the way."
Senior Mike Hollifield kicked a 22-yard field goal just before halftime to make the score 22-0.
Morris had 10 carries for 65 yards and two TDs in the first half.
A.J. Branch had pass receptions of 11 and 21 yards for the Jaguars who attempted only five passes in the first half.
Scott's defense, which gave up 54 points last week to unbeaten Franklin County, had difficulty slowing down the Jaguars' rushing attack.
Collins had five carries for 61 yards on the Jaguars' first possession of the third quarter setting up a 27-yard field goal by Hollifield to make the score 25-0.
Scott was denied a scoring chance in the third quarter when a holding penalty negated a 48-yard run by Justin Hoskins.
Cooper put the score out of reach when Collins scored on a 1-yard run making the score 32-0 with 1:38 remaining in the third quarter

Good Call NKY.
"Covcath will likely try to shorten the game with runs and short passes. Although it's tough to drive consistently with long drives and score. Highlands hasn't been challenged all year. I expect some Highlands miscues early, but they will settle down and like win in the neighborhood of 41 to 17. "
