How did Logan Johnson do?
#3
I guess the strength of schedules is still debatable and a matter of opinion but one thing is a fact. Letcher Central kicked Lawrence County's butt tonight. Congrats to the Cougars. I hope Logan Johnson is not seriously hurt. Does anyone have any updates on him. Top to Bottom, this may be one of the toughest districts in Eastern Kentucky.

Letcher Central gets a good win over the Dawgs!!

Congrats Cougars!

LOSERS QUIT WHEN THEY'RE TIRED, WINNERS QUIT WHEN THEY HAVE WON

congrats to LC

It is a shame the Lawrence coaches STILL haven't realized that bad play calling is what is getting them beat. And a couple of these coaches know the exact formula to put the points on the board. It's a shame they have forgot what Bulldog football is all about. Remember... Tradition Doesn't Graduate.

Congrats LCC

Congrats LCC

wasnt even a game. I thought Lawrence Co was suppose to be physical HAHAHAHAHA. Maybe physical for a horrible team with no speed. If Logan didnt get hurt it wouldve been a bigger beat down. LCC couldve beat them as bad as they wanted to.

Figured this one would be closer, Congrats Cougars!

I agree Sandwich. Their offensive cooridinator ran the belly better than any qb I've seen with the exception of maybe Jason Michael. I know the Dawgs doesn't have your typical option QB this year but it's something they should have worked on in the off season. Gotta go with the Power I and run the belly. The defense was on the field way to much.

Actually I did to.

Everybody please keep Logan in your prayers. They flew him out to Holston Valley. He has a lacerated kidney and he's bleeding internally. Ill update as soon as I hear more from his family.

If I was down 4 scores in the 3rd qtr I would be running my 2:00 drill the whole 2nd half. The offensive players are playing hard but they need a better game plan.

Congrats lcc and hope your qb is alright and our prayers are for him. As to the game i was listening on the radio and lc needs to get rid of the jet formation.if we had caleb bently than i could see it but it seems to me imo that there afraid to make aggresive play calls.to many 3 and longs they run the ball up the middle instead of PASSING and trying for the first down.i know coach cecil is a good guy and hes working his butt off.it just frustating because lc has the TALENT.Keep your heads boys and keep playing hard.oh yeah another thing is they score and recover a fumble then they just run the clock out in the first half.down 28-6 i would have altleast tried to get in field goal range.Im not a coach though so i believe in coach cecil and his staff i think they are trying hard.

What do you expect? They made a terrible choice for their new head coach and now they dont have the watered down schedule to help them out. It's going to be a long season in Louisa.

Congrats Letcher!
#22
Letcher all the wayyyyyy.
#23
Congrats Letcher, Thoughts/Prayers with the Johnson family.
#24
Good game Letcher.
#25
# 10 for Lawrence County is sophomore A.J. Cyrus. He should be starting quarterback next season.
#26
How many coaches does LC need screaming at their defense before EVERY PLAY? 2...3...4...yea, I think they got that covered!

Play calling is questionable to say the least!

He might have been able to play the game but he sure cant coach! Play calling has been terrible all year! How many delay of game penalties does LC get every game because we cant get a play in? Let me tell you, 1-3. There is NO reason for it and nobody to play but the staff.
#29
caudill and short are the best coaches lc has ever had. i said it before and i'll continue to say it.

Thanks, was just wondering, I saw him come in on defense and make some plays and then noticed him on a catch on offence and then at QB to finish out the game. Looked like a versatile kid, has he always been at LC.
