The Lakers improve to 5-0. The Laker D played strong tonight.

Nick Britt had 4 TDs on 18 carries and 204 yards in about 2 Qtrs of play.

Evan Fletcher seemed to lead that defense to a better night. Good for him!

Bend but don't Break. NL took the opening kick and burned 10 minutes off the clock only to be held to a missed FG. The lakers allowed a couple of long drives but protected the red zone.

Evan loves to play D, but he may have had 100 rushing yards of his own tonight. He carried one of those in for a TD.

Good to see. Do not know him personally but everyone I know in the "other" RCHS and RCHS family talk well of him.

He's a great kid, and one heck of a football player as well. He's not the #20 from my username, but he's doing the jersey justice.

Congrats to the Lakers..

Britt and the Lakers keep on rolling past the Jags.

Russell County has been very impressive thus far and they've almost done it unnoticed by many throughout the state.

Congrats!

Congrats Russell.
Ive been extremely impressed with RC's performance so far this year.
Maybe one of the most underrated teams in the state. Atleast for how much attention they were getting at the beggining of the year which was none.
Congrats again.

Congrats!

Hope we keep winning, but continue to stay under the radar for a while longer. We still have a ways to go on D, but we're improving each week. The game next week against LCC should be a bit more competitive......Then we get to go play The Rock in a game that I think may determine the district champion.
