What do the Pirates need to do to improve from last year's disappointing 0-10 Team?

I would say they have made a good start by hiring John Adams.

driving to Johnson Central at Paintsville makes no sense (must be getting a load of $ to go there). Heath will be lucky to win a single game this year

according to Google there's 2 ways to get from Heath to Johnson Central.
they'll have to leave at 11 in the morning to make it up to Johnson Central in time to get ready for the game but Johnson Central got a team from Mississippi to come up a few years back. Is this a 2 Year Contract or just a 1 time deal?
route 1 - 6 Hours 19 Mins
route 2 - 7 Hours 12 Mins
