Darry Burkett as its new head coach. Burkett was an assistant with Somerset last season and has been a head coach at Southwestern, North Laurel and Fleming-Neon, as well as girls coach at Southwestern.

Sometimes people get out and just want to coach again and help out, guess he had the itch to be head coach one more time.

He is pretty good buddies with Salyers the girls coach at casey so that helped him quite a bit.
