My son and I attended the final spring practice last night (at 9pm in a very cold evening) at Madison Southern. There was a lot of excitement and it looked like they had several big kids out (very big linemen) that I've not seen playing there before. There was a couple of new athletes there including a junior to be running back (Russell) that looked pretty good coming around the end. The coaches seemed to have a lot of drive and the kids were feeding off the excitement of the night. The band was there as were the cheerleaders and I'd estimate about a crowd of about 250 on a very cold night. I hope that they can continue with what seemed like a very good attitude amongst all concerned. Good luck to the Eagles this next season and success in the new coaches' debut this next fall.:Thumbs:
