Good win! Barger played great but the DIFFERENCE was Broughton. Glad to see Evans finally played him when he had too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tanner could be the best player in the 51st right now and possibly in the Region if given the minutes. Too bad Evans personal feelings kept his minutes to an embarrassing low all year until he needed him to make the team look good!!!!!

I think Broughton was playing major minutes before he quit on his teammates and cursed the coach. He is lucky he was even let back on the team.

If the COACH knew how to handle the team that would not have happened in the first place.

He has had too many problems with the team. He has no control. If Tanner was so bad why did he let him back?

What about the kids that left the Bench in the Lynn Camp game? Does that show control. Very lucky they were not suspended now! Instead the officials got suspended.

He is lucky Broughton stayed on the team PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!!

Totally agreed. Evans doesn't need to punish a kid because of his father. Plain and simple. He has no control over his team, and that includes all 13 players on his roster. Why did Conway quit feeding the post in the 2nd half?? That blew my mind.

Totally agree.

When Tanner needed coaching he got benched. Likely, he did not handle that as he should. I get that. But great coaches find a way to connect with talented players to help them be the very best they can be. They don't just insist a player "fit" in their box. Coach Evans is a good man; I just think he could have handled the situation with Tanner better.

Great game Panthers. Got to love seeing them football players out there getting it done on the hard wood. Add to the mix my recruiting targets for TE - TJ Kelly and CB Tanner Broughton. If we could suit them up we would set.

One thing I must add is that watching a HS ball game at the Arena in Corbin is TERRIBLE. The floor is a mile away. You can't even hear the cheerleaders. The openings on the ends of the court create an empty feeling for the whole place. Pick a HS and have a real tournament atmosphere.

Got one more year on the 3 year contract, after that, it will never be back in the Arena. Totally ridiculous watching a game their, not a good atmosphere at all.

i see your point he doesnt have cantrol but he understood that they are kids and that they let their emotions get the best of them thats why he let them back on the team not that their good but just kids learning from their mistakes...
