14th Region Draw

where will it be held at? how do they draw teams, do they draw from hats or something?

In a regional tournament with participants from four districts,
the district winners will draw for positions 1, 3, 5 and 7 in a
standard eight-team bracket. Each corresponding runner-up
team will draw for a position in the opposite bracket.

Each pull numbered ball from whatever container, order determined by tournament manager from Hazard.

They put all the names of team on a wall and throw darts at the names who ever they hit is who they play.

teams from the same district cannot play till the finals i believe.

I believe estill takes breathitt and lee takes letcher but pcc takes hazard in the finals.
