Congrats to Betsy Layne. Keep the wins coming in Richmond. This makes 10 wins in a row at Richmond for the 15th. Get two more.

congrats to BL, WIN IT ALL

After 2 years of Shelby Valley kicking tail in Richmond, you'd think the 15th would start to get a lil respect. Of course, they didn't. Way to earn that respect young men. Keep on playing as a team and knocking down those freebies and you'll be playing on Sunday for the three-peat (15th). Good Luck Bobcats

âRelax, all right? Donât try to strike everybody out. Strikeouts are boring! Besides that, theyâre fascist. Throw some ground balls â itâs more democratic.â

Actually he's going for career win #460, not #500. I misquoted that last night...

Listened to it, and was pulling hard for West Carter. It was a great game, sounded like Martin and Rayburn went back and forth all night. Congrats BL! Keep the title in Eastern Kentucky!

It puzzles me also, I assume he is saying those 3 aren't true single A schools.... Well, neither was Valley... So I don't get the point I guess.

Danville, 551 enrollment. Valley, 599 enrollment. Sheldon Clark, 668 enrollment. West Carter 699 enrollment. Both Sheldon Clark and West Carter have much larger freshman classes, and West has a large Sophomore class also. But none are "huge" compared to the others. I do agree though that the all "A" is getting farther and farther away from what it was originally brought into existence for. Which was to give the true "little guys" a chance at a state title.

It's not a true All A tourney anymore.
