There was a thread on another forum a couple of weeks ago that said "Is Jeffersontown the best High School team ever". I guess we know the answer to that one. They've lost twice since then. I think Eastern is the team to beat this year.

Someone just told me that. Both are very good teams, but to say J-Town is the best Kentucky High School team ever is retarded and an insult to the many great teams that have come before them.

I would take the Clay Co. and Ballard teams of the mid 80's over J-town any day of the week.

Jeffersontown has had two, and until the game before this one, three players out. They'll still be the team to beat in the 7th region when all is said and done. And the 7th region will be playing on Saturday night at Rupp in March.
