Cantrell also has Trinity higher than St. X.:confused: St. X took Trinity to the wood shed earlier in the year if I'm not mistaken. Go figure. These rankings always have homer votes in them. You can't put any stock in any of them IMO. All that matters is who's #1 at the end of the year. :Thumbs:

Not too big on rankings even though it may look good and all, because the game still has to be played on the field, and this friday it will come to show who deserves to be among the top as the winner prevails on to Louisville. Hopefully that will the BELFRY PIRATES as they contend for a 3-PEAT!!!

I have always gotten the feeling that the Cantrell ratings are a joke. Especially when he doesn't count out of state results. The only ones that I like (even a little bit) are the Massey ratings. At the very least, he accounts for all factors (including out of state games, strength of schedule, home field advantage, offense, defense, etc).

I think Cantrell throws darts at a dart board.
