BMR is a great coach. This year he showed the state what he could do. It seems like everything he coaches succeeds. Watch out Coach Baldwin, he might give you a run for your money..J/K
Matney and Haywood are two of the best coaches in the state.

Phillip Haywood- 5th all time winningest coach in the state of KY!

Bill Mike Runyon- What can't he coach!! Does well in basketball year in and year out!
And now he took the football team to Regional Championship in his
first year. GREAT JOB BMR!!!

Shawn Hager- Done well with the Cards, this however he lost to my PIRATES in
which i was glad.

Sam Harp (Danville)
Joe Morris (Mayfield)
Joey Downs (Bardstown)
Bob Beatty (Trinity)
Dale Mueller (Highlands)
Philip Haywood (Belfrey)
Mike Yeagle (TBD/TBA)
Tom Larkey (Rockcastle)

This is a tough question. It is subjective as heck. You also have to ask yourself--how would these coaches do in a high class or a different situation. I tried to keep my list based on those things.

Shawn Hager from Sheldon Clark.. He has done an awesome job this year with his team.. Going 9-4 this year after a 2-8 record last year.. He must have said sometin to his kids to get them to play like they did this year.. Good job Coach Hager and hopefuly you and your team can do this again next year, or maybe go evern farther..
