are you serious, even if they did get past Christian Co, they have Ballard up next, I dont see no one standing in their way to win it all..

Shelby Valley beat DeSales when Newport got beat by them. 1 great game and now their gonna be State Champs, they might win 1 game down at state, but that will be it!

the only reason newport lost to desales is because they were not playing as a team at all during that game

We will see how good Newport really is. The ninth region is not as tough as a certain poster says it is.

If Newport is as good as you say they are, they will have to get past Christian County, Scott County and Ballard to make it to the finals. If they accomplish that, then, they are good!:Thumbs:
