This is the most wide open 16th region that I have ever saw.

Considering that Rowan just beat Fairview at home two weeks ago. They might be playing the second best ball in the region.

my opening round picks, with all the upper seeds hosting.

Rowan over Fairview
Elliot over Greenup

East over Lewis
Ashland over Fleming

This is going to be an exciting tournament. Considering the first round match-ups the Rowan n Fairview match-up should be a good one.

Look for Elliott to move on to the semis.. with East Carter and Ashland matching up n the semis of the lower brackett however, don't really consider an upset if Fleming beats Ashland in the first round.....

What has happened to Fairview this season? They were the preseason #1 in the region with the transfers.

Seems like the only team that has lived up to their hype is East Carter.

What happens if East has to face a good team and the officials don't let them beat, kick, scratch and claw? It's Ashland's to lose, they get the calls come region, East don't have any shooters, first time half their fouls actually get called......They're done.
