Lakers get a huge win at Boston..Kobe nails the game winner with 7 seconds left.

That is a very nice win!

This is definitely a preview of the likely Finals. For LA to go into Boston during the regular season and win is probably not that big of a deal in the overall scope of things, but to have that monkey off of your back if they do meet in the Finals will certainly give LA the confindence to KNOW they can win in their.

Being a diehard Celtics fan, I hate the Lakers and hate it even worse to lose to the Lakers. Celtics are not 100% right now, and it really shows. For Kobe, he just did what great players do and took over when it mattered most.

Just another night out for Kobe.

Agreed, best in the game as it pains me to say that, but the truth is the truth.

Kobe does it again. He just keep keeps proving why he's the best player in the game!

Could be. But the way Cleveland is playing, I could also see them in the finals and imo that would be the most exciting. Either way, Kobe/Lebron, or the old rivarly, it's going to be another great finals...with the Lakers going back to back

I think i would rather see a Celtics/Lakers final for some Reason..

Concur. The Celtics star aren't what they used to be, and Kobe and LeBron are in the primes of there careers.

As long as KG can stay healthy they will be sending lebron home early AGAIN.

That is a BIG if though, watching the games against the Magic, Hawks and now Lakers, you can tell he is still not 100%. Pierce is the heart and soul of the team but KG is the emotional leader of the group, and I agree with something that Jeff Van Gundy said (which will be the only time) but with a team that has Paul Pierce, Ray Allen, and Kevin Garnett 3 of the greatest players in the league, who would have thought that Rondo would be the best player on the team, taking nothing away from him at all, but with all that starpower, Rondo has really asserted himself as one of the goto players and quickly emerging as a star in the NBA. I would love to see another Lakers/Celtics finals, also if it's Kobe vs. Lebron, NBA's going to get ratings either way.

Go Kobe

This game was great. Seeing as it was both my favorite teams and I seen my two favorite players in KG and Kobe going at it, I loved it. I see these two teams meeting in the finals yet again. No doubt the Lakers will be there, but the east is more of a toss up. I agree if everyone stays Healthy in Boston, they are the team to beat.

How can you be a fan of the Celtics and the Lakers?! Thats just not right considering that they're arguable the biggest rivalry in the NBA! I'm a diehard Celtics fan and it kills me everytime the Lakers beat the Celtics!

Wrong. Celtics became my team only because KG and Allen ended up there with Rondo...I love these guys thus it made them my favorite team. Kobe and the Lakers were always my team as well. It just so happen they are the biggest rivals ever. Send KG to the Magic, my teams would be Magic and Lakers. Send him to houston, same deal. Just so happens he ended up in Boston, a team i never liked before his arrival. I was just always a KG and Allen fan.
