South is playing great. They could be playing in Rupp Arena in a 6 weeks.
Shelby has not looked good, and with South beating Anderson in Lawrenburg, I say South is a not the Favorite in the 8th Region

You are right. Shelby is not playing very good right now and South is, but we'll see who comes to play at Henry County in early March.
