This will be a tough matchup for SV. University Heights just got through beating a very good Lexington Christian team in a grind-it-out kind of game yesterday.
I'll predict a 10 point win for the Wildcats.

University Heights played tonight too. They played right before Valley did.

This will be a close game. UHA has the size and athleticism to compete with Valley.
They are a very young team though with no seniors so I think SV's experience will be the difference.
Shelby Valley- 65
University Heights- 59

Valley needs to play hard, get a good early lead, play the bench, and rest the starters as much as possible.............

i'll take Scotty Hopson's old crew with a upset.

Congrats SV. My choices for playing Sunday are Glasgow and SV. Does anyone know how many steals Elisha got tonight, in his quest for the state record?

I will take Valley by 10!!!
Cats baby to the finals.

so many factors could contribute to the outcome of this game. will 2 blowouts help or hurt valley? will 2 nail-biters help or hurt uha? ultimately i have to pick my wildcats in a near rout - sv 66, uha 46

This game will be Valley's only challenge of the tourney. If they win this game against UH they will beat either Glasgow or Desales easily. So if they somehow win this game, we will see back to back championships for Valley. I only wish Hazard could have beat Desales because we would have seen two mountain teams in the championship! Good Luck Valley and bring it back to the mountains again.

I watched the UH/OCHS game, and UH is solid. But they do not have the number of athletes that I saw in SV. I think UH can make this close in the first half, but they will not haave enough as the game gets into the 2nd half.
SV 74-60

Justice has 480 as of now. Only 20 more to get the Steal Record

sarcastic much? just ignore all the posts that actually offer a good assessment of the game from people who are at this tournament watching how all the teams have played so far...

If the refs swing in SV's favor like they did last night... they'll win by 20+. If they don't it could be closer. The teams that could beat Valley/UHA in the other bracket are gone. Winner of this one takes home the trophy.

I think this one will be close. I think Valley will pull this one out.
