Congrats Wildcats!!!
Did not play all that great but the TOs created too big of a margin for the Bombers to come back from. They will continue to defend their crown against either Danville vs Williamsburg.

Certainly didn't expect this broad of a margin. Congrats Valley!

Hey they really didnt play that great.

I know that Valley's FG percentage was really bad for the game, something like 35% or so. They absolutely feasted on Ballard Memorial turnovers tonight, scoring most of their points off TO's.

Great win Valley! Wouldn't that be something if SV and Hazard was to make to the final game. That would really say something about mountain basketball. I think thay Valley will have a little easier time making there than the Bulldogs.

Well, I guess by the end the FG percentage ended up better than I thought, 41% overall. Second half they shot much better.
Stat of the game: Points off turnovers = SV 37, BM 6. And that's your ballgame.

Completely agree!!! Valley really needs to keep that defensive pressure up to get in their game. The points off turnovers will always be key.

Congrats to SV on the win and like others have said they didn't shoot the ball well but the points off TO's were a major plus and it's hard to complain about alot with a 39 point win. SV will have to shoot the ball better down the road though if they want to be playing on Sunday. GO CATS.

OfficiallyJustice had 4 steals, which places him 24 steals from the state record. He has 476 steals in his career. Shelby Valley didn't shoot very well last night. They will have to shoot better to win this tournament.

What's Valley's normal FG%? Looks like they shot a around 41% for the game and just under 50% in the 2nd half.

Most of the shots they missed were from point blank range, within 3 feet of the basket. I counted 12 in the first half.
