Great game by Ian Holbrook. Good Job Cats. Hear there was some fishy business to do at the Rockcastle game. They said somehow some Rock starters got hurt in pre-game warmups? I need to find out what happened.

Ashland D showed up to play and some killer blocks on the ints and aaron cordial on ko i was watchen it an all of a sudden someone tried to block him and he made em pay. but congrats to ashland and keep it up boys. :Hungry:

Freshman Zack Lewis QB for Clay County played very well tonight. He is one player who is going to be extremely dangerous in the future. As soon as he learns to limit his Ints and throw the ball away instead of taking sacks, he'll be one of the best in the state.

Ian Holbrook shined again this week. Holbrook was 4 of 4 passing for about 100 yards. He also had 100 yards rushing and a TD on 4 or 5 carries. He also had 2 pass deflections and also had 1 INT he returned 75 yards for the first score of the game. I believe that's going to be atleast an honorable mention outstanding performance for the first round of the playoffs.

Last year when Ashland and Rock met, Rock jumped out to a 20-0 halftime lead before Ashland roared back late in the game, forced OT and won 34-27 in 2OT. It was a battle last season, I would expect the same this year.

all i have to say is good game tomcats keep it up. as for clay co. this team is going to be very good. personally i think the regionals may run through clay co. for the next couple of years.
