I was wondering. I know our RB Davenport only plays one way on offense only.
Here is our RB Cory Davenport as a freshman. [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fbN6shBgQwo"]YouTube- Bell County's Cory Davenport as a freshman.[/ame]

What's sad is he has that type of speed as a freshman last year. After this year we still have 2 more years of him!!!:yikes:

yes the vistor one is bad theres not enough room for more that 30 players, our school system sucks they well not put money back into the kids. Our press box is a danger zone. The home locker room is ok I guess it needs some work.

I've got to go with the Boyle County Rebels this year. MacShara should have a big game.
Bell Co is scary. I really think this is going to be the game of the year again.

Like Scott Hall of the NWO would say "Don't just sing it, Bring it"

This will probally be the game of the year. I would love to go to this game but i can't. But im going to have to pick Boyle to win this game in a low scoring game.
Boyle- 14
Bell-7
I'm still stuck on everyone being so concerned with the running back from Boyle...
Is everyone still seriously overlooking BOTH Davenports from Bell? They are both GREAT athletes and will make a big difference in this game. The youngest one will surprise everyone if they don't contain him. If he gets any seem of daylight, then all I have to say is GOOD LUCK on catching him. He's one of the fastest and most explosive kids i've seen since Shawn Robbins from Bell and everyone knows he was the real deal, just ask Highlands D from 04!!
Well its kind of scarey to think we are going in as the underdog with team we have got! But i love it, It will makes us play even harder. I hope though we can keep it a close game.
It's the Rebels' turn to get a win in this little rivalry.

Boyle County - 21
Bell County -14
I'm sure everyone will agree that they can't waite untill Friday night. This is going to be not just the game of the night, but IMO the game of the year. 2 very good defenses against the run, with 2 very good rushing teams. Both teams can pass the ball, but prefer to run it. IMO the winner of this game comes to a couple of things.

1. Penalty's - A holding call, offsides, or any other penalty will stall the offenses and they will be forced to punt the ball. With two very good defensive teams first downs will be hard to come by, even harder with penalty's.

2. Field position - will play a big role on who wins the game. With yardage being hard to get, a short field will improve your chances.

3. Fieldgoals - If both sides defense play tuff as expected. The game could come down to who can kick fieldgoals and who can't.

4. Turnovers - The team with more turnovers, loses field position (See #2)

I hope that the Boyle fans can show the same hospitality that the Bell fans showed us last year. Have a safe drive up Friday and may the best team win!
I agree 110% Rebel!

I agree 100% Rebel!!! These two teams are some BIG POWERHOUSES in the State. Have you guys kicked a Field Goal this year. I know Bell Co kicked a 33 yarder against Greenup Co in the 1st round but cant remember if we have kicked anymore throughout the year, I dont think we have.
No the one against Greenup has been our first and only this year so far BellCo, besides extra points of course.

To be honest with you I am not sure. I know we missed 1 attemp against West Jessamine at Centre (narrow goalpost). We've pretty much scored a touchdown everytime and not tried to. Our kicker is pretty good for extra points he made over 70 this season and hit like 45 in a row, but fieldgoals are a different story.
If you look at the poll that will tell all you need to know about this game. 50% to 50% man it is just unbelievable.

He has not made one yet this year. I think the one in the W. Jess. game was the first attempt.
I was just looking Bell Co has only given up 73 points against in state teams. That averaging giving up only 6 ppg. That 1st game of the year is haunting us on stats this season.

I am a Bell fan and lets get off of the Alcoa game it is getting old. That is just part of the game.

I know its part of the game. Im just stating if we had opened up the season with a cupcake team where we would stand right now.
