We always went via the Parkway. I guess the last time was the Pine Mountain bowl a couple of years ago BatP.

yea, goto the manchester exit and take that crooked a** road to what ever the other road was and make a left and bell county on the left. And wasnt there a funny a** sign along the way about some state champs in the funniest sport we had heard of.

I think you should get on the Parkway to London, Interstate 75 to Corbin, then US 25E (Cumberland Gap Parkway) to Pineville and Log Mountain. It might be a few more miles, but they would be more pleasant miles!

Then again, that looks like it's pretty far out of your way. Mapquest and Google Maps both recommend going US 421 and KY 66, but I would rather go toward Harlan and get on US 119 then left on US 25E (Cumberland Gap Parkway) to Log Mountain.
