Well i think this one comes down to who wants it more is it going to be the powerhouse panthers from elizabeth town or will it be chris engstrands fighting wildcats...my little meter is picking the wildcats! seniors showing they want it this year but coach ledfords defensive will have to find ways to shut down the kyle todd show(little brother of chris todd Auburn QB) and stop there 6'5 TE mitchell henry!...But i believe henrys offensive is just to much for them..the offensive line is one dominating force that should decide this game and the run game is just to much !...defensively they run henrys offense so shouldnt be nothing they havent seen! just need to take away the screens and it should be along night for the sophomore Todd!....go out there and shock the state HC

Elizabethtown is tough, but Henry County at home will be too much. I'll take Henry by 14.

Henry looked good Friday night and were able to finally put together a whole game and the end result was a convincing win. E'town barely got by North who Henry also easily defeated... I think if Henry keeps up the play they will move on :Thumbs:

Being a Henry County fan, I will go with the Wildcats, but E-town provides some problems.
Henry has problems defending the pass. I am sure they are working on this all week.
The last time E-town came to New Castle, they brought a Huge crowd, and I hope they do that this week.
Name the only high school in the history of the SEC to have 3 players starting at 3 different schools at the same time for a SEC team?

name the high school people old henry man are u trying to say etown and big cody for alabama is not from etown!...but anywhoo on the subject of this game etowns offense is based on the pass! which henry has had problems with! but then on the other hand etown is not the best at stopping the run and i was looking at HENRYS stats and they had 425 rushing yards last game against moore!.. and the sophomore conner johnson showed signs that he can get in there and run the ball with timberlake and baldwin ! not to mention the elusive junior QB in the magness kid! ....Henry wins this one becuase of their superior offensive line i believe they put 4 quarters together this week and show the panthers from Etown who the WILDCATS are!...GO CATS!

i stand correct the school is etown in ole magnolia kentucky! u have todd QB auburn Zipp duncan ky and the Deirkes from alabama!

im really not sure...but with all this talk of the past why not lets stay with the present and talk about the new improved henry county and the etown bc henry county is no chumps i have seen them come from a ball club most would think whos henry county but this year and years previous they have brought a new tradition and they have GRINDED there tails off but they need to keep it up this week in practice or it could be the last time these seniors ever play for the wildcats ohh how sweet it would be to get a 10 win season and possibly practice on thanksgiving!

There is a new tradition being born in HC, I think the boys in Cardinal will come out and show the E-town boys whose turn it is to play for the Region!!!! Black Stripes unite and bring the hard work and grind it mentality down on the Panthers!!!!
