Bell County 41 Harlan County 14
#1
JV plays 4th quarter. HC scored there last TD on Bells JV. Harlan kept there Varsity in the whole game. Davenport not mistaken didnt play any in the 2nd half. Bell go 9-1 on the regular season.
#2
Thanks. Why did HC have signs all the way down HWY 119 and even in Bell Co. Wow some class. Bell Co puts JV defense in and you guys still play Varsity offense now thats some class!!! Thanks for the game though wasnt even close!!
#3
Yea see what I Mean? Atleast we didnt taunt you all through out the game, Yeaaaa you all may be better than us, but Boyle co. iis just up the road, you all wont be taunting when they have there JV in on your Varsity HAHAHAHA

In the words of coach hilton we have to do a couple little peats before we can go to state and repeat lol he must have thought long and hard about that one

Bell gets a little credit, but still have November to prove us wrong overall and Knox Central and Boyle County is around the corner and Bell Co. congrats on the w and for word of clear before it gets out of hand not reigning on your parade or anything but cool it down and don't get too overhead when you have the "playoffs" to go through, I sure know Rockcastle will prepare for the postseason and goodluck to them.

Congrats to Bell County and good luck in road to Championship. Bell's speed in open killed the Bears. Davenport "is" blazing speed and impressive. The Bears cost themselves several times with stupid penalties and fumbled early. Bell was composed and jumped out big 22-0 early while the Bears weren't themselves. Bell County has a real chance at another ring. Bears need to move on and get ready for the playoffs. The Bears will be fine, Bell is just that good now. The Bears will change the results of this matchup soon in the future. GO BLACK BEARS!!!!!

Thanks! Who did Alcoa beat tonight?
#19
About what I expected. Harlan County is a pretty good team, but there are no teams in the mountains on the same level as Bell County. They have awesome team speed, which was they key tonight. Even with the blowout loss, I'm still glad to see these teams playing one another and hope that HC can turn this into a rivalry in the future. Gotta win one in order for that to happen though. I'm impressed with the progress by the Bears playing in only their second year, but they're just not on the level of Bell County yet.

Congrats To Bell. Now its playoff time
#21
It's been a fun week leading up to this game and it never feels good to lose, but Bell has a good team. Hopefully this game will help prepare the Bears for a deep run in the playoffs.

Time to get ready for Southwestern.
#22
Congrats to my bobcats!! And Good Luck in the 5a playoff's Black Bears! I was close in predicted the score i took bell 42-14 so i was about right!
#23
They just beat us! Plain and simple. We couldn't stop anything outside. We fumbled early and our boys lost some steam and then their cool. Still behind my Black Bears, if they played Bell tomorrow I would pick them over and over!
Time for the playoffs!

Good luck to the Black Bears in the playoffs.

Congrats Bell

Bell played well the first half, not so well the 2nd. Raines did not play after the 2nd series. Carton not at all. Bell had a few weapons not playing and still impressed. Good win but now the "real season starts."

Harlan Co. was big and physical. I wish them luck in the playoff's and hope they go far. I was very impressed with the fan support they had. Good program and besides a few penalties early for silly stuff a very classy bunch. Good luck Bears!

1 Question how in the heck is the analysisking still on this site after what he typed earlier and now removed? Very childish and uncalled for. Just admit you were wrong not need to make personl attacks. Don't worry the sun will come up tommorow morning........somewhere.

Is you would look under his name he is suspended. It was just awhile before this thread was caught.
#28
Why did Carton not play? I noticed he wasn't out there.

Stupid penalties just killed us tonight!

OK. Pretty outrageous stuff. I would not want any of my children seeing that stuff.

Carton has a nagging hamstring (i think) and they thought tonight would be a chance to rest/heal it up before the real season started. Or atleast that is what I was told???
