I would like to see Jenkins get the W, but I think Betsy Layne will take it as this will be the last week of football for them and they'll be playing as hard as they can to go out on a win, BLHS 34 JHS 10

I would also. This would be positive. The players they had last year winning two games, and now winning 2 games with some players that have never played before, and had no conditioning, winter program, weight lifting, and spring practice. This will be a different team next year.

I do not typically like to quote myself but it seems by me predicting Jenkins to lose has caused some ill feelings. Not sure who will win the game but you can bet that the person PM'ing you is not the real Coach Maggard. He would never stoop to doing something so unprofessional. Hopefully you know it's not him, it's probably just a student from Jenkins.

I am so glad the people of Jenkins are being very patient. They know it is going to take time, and given a full year with these kids, I know this team will do much better next year.

You might want to ask the South Floyd faithfull about that(lol) but it really shouldn't matter. I wasn't at the game but just what I read that SF had a couple scores called back.

I think it is according to how bad our boys want it. They can do it, if the put their mind to it, and they are really getting tired of getting beat up on, by more experienced boys but it is making them stronger. Remember most of our Varsity are freshman and sophmores, and remember also this is Senior night and the seniors are going to really want it. I say it will be close, but I think Jenkins will win by a couple of points.
