I hope he is...I think he should've just been suspended 4 or 5 games to start with.

I usually am not for any kind of negative display that was put on, but I am glad they are considering reinstating him. The guy deserved to get his head knocked off IMO, although a poor judgement was used...
#3
He has burnt to many bridges if they bring him back the coach needs to go.
#4
This wasn't the first time he has had issues and the punch was bad enough but everything that followed is what made it so bad in my eyes.
#5
Not sure if his other incidents, and I agree CD, the aftermath was the part that probably done him in..I guess I could care less either way honestly, lol.
#6
He had some anger issues prior and was either suspended or kick off the team as well then if I recall correctly.
#7
I am not sure what to think here.
#8
this would be a bad deal it would show that you can beat the crap out of a player get away with a slap on the wrist beat the fans flip everybody off scream and holler and still get to play this is wrong and i really mean this they should not even consider him for the nfl he has serious anger issues and is a real bad show of sportsmanship and he is a sore loser
#9
Does not shock me at all
#10
him hitting the player was fine with me, but the aftermath with the fans, he should be suspended at least half the season, i mean some people can kill people and only get suspended a season!!!

Has it ever been said what the Boise St. players said to him? I still haven't heard. There is only one word a white man can say to a black man that could cause such an outburst and I dont think he said that. Even if he did say that, Blount should have used more control. He should have never punched that other player. Also he was strait up coward for hitting him after he turned his head..

Wildcat23 you honestly see nothing wrong with what Blount did in hitting that other player?

The Boise St. Player asked for it, blount was walking off the field like a true loser and this guy decides to rub it in, after losing a hard fought game ur upset and dissapointed you dont want things being said to you, he shouldnt have hit the guy for sure but they guy asked for it

It doesn't matter if he asked for it or not. Blount was a D1 athlete who was repersenting his school on national television. What he did was inexcusible. What he should have done was be a man and walk opn to the locker room. But no he acted like a immature, undiciplined thug. You think he is the only player who has had trash talk spoke to them after a loss? The Boise player wasn't even looking at him. Not only was it a completely cowardily act it was also criminal in my book and a lot of other people's aswell.

Not looking at him? He slapped Blount on the shoulder pads!

Question, what about the Faulkner twin at Radford, he got drunk and got into a fight, was taken into custody, should he be suspended for the season? Or maybe not since it wasn't on national TV?
#15
He didn't "wait" until the guy was turned around...the BSU guy came up and tapped him on the pads and as soon as Blount turned around he hit him. He didn't "wait" on anything. I think I would've just pushed him but I really don't blame him for hitting him. Boys will be boys. There was nothing criminal about it, good god, grow a pair.

Watch the replay. Blount didn't throw his punch untill the other guy had turned his head around. That is called a sucker punch form a coward. And don't tell me to grow a pair. He should have knew better than to do that. I say make an example out of him. I am tired of seeing players do this type of crap along with lots of other people.

You need to watch the **** replay. As soon as Blount turns around he squares up and nails him. Like I said, Boys will be boys. Make an example out of him? People like you are the reason why cops are called in when two tennage boys get into a fight at school over a girl...people are so touchy these days. What happened to a good fight and then shaking hands at the end of it? Oh no, we can't do that, we have to punish these people for the crime they committed!! Grow-a-pair.

I dont have a problem with this to be honest I do think he needs to undergoe some anger managment classes and get his **** together...I think he was kind of in the right with punching the guy if anyone can say they wouldnt have punched the guy in the same situation is lying I can tell you that right now...
#20
No one want to answer my question about Faulkner? Same situation, except it WASN'T at an athletic event, so there could have been criminal charges, but he won't even miss a game. And he was drinking under age. No one wants to suspend him for the season.
