First of all Shelby Valley was no push over team and will do well this year. They was a very fast team but havn't been condintioned as well as LC. As for Pack he has 469 yds on 57 carries with 9 tds on the year. Thats him playing only half a game at East Ridge and the 1st carrie in the 2nd half at Pville. Give the kid some credit. Pack is a great kid with a good personality and a lot of heart!

Good to hear this, We all know im From Shelby Valley and Valley and Lawrence County Plays each other very soon, in my opinion i think we (shelby Valley) have the best backfield in the moutains, and in your opinion you all have the best backfield.! It should be a great matchup, and the only way we can find out is add up the stats in a couple weeks .

Lawrence county is a good team, don,t get me wrong but JC is down BC is down, SC got beat at your place, which any team has a tough time at LC, I am glad you all are having success.:dontthink

As you probaly know we are 2-2, our 2 losses to Ashland and Russell when we play in 2 wks. there will be some good backs on the field Shane Pack for LC, for GC, Carter, Waugh and Lyle, we like to keep our running backs fresh.:rockon:

The game in a couple of weeks between LC and Gc isnt even going to be close, there is no point in talking about it. They know LC is a lot better this year and they just dont want to admit it, everytime we play at GC the refs are horrible.

Folks don't go to this game looking for a firework show because this game will get ugly and ugly fast for GC. I think it was 2 years ago when LC had 270 on penalty yards and was reviewed by KHSAA. So I'm sure the refs will try some of the same stuff this year. But it won't make a difference this year as we march up and down the field at ease. Old warrior- not to nack on your team but LC is just that good, trust me!!! :Thumbs:

I was at that game a few years ago and anyone there knew the refs were one sided. i taped the game from the gc side and even some of their fans were saying they were the wrong calls. i'm not using it as a crutch, enough talking you will see who the real team is when we play. i hope we stomp u guys in the ground to shut u all up. go dawgs. nevermind i know we will.

We don't schedule the referees, the khsaa does, also I can't wait to see the match up between Big Country and Big John Harr #55 (6'5 285 lbs.) Big John against Big Country, I hope they line up across from one another.hh:

This is very true, LC is a totally different team then they have been last year, they are exposive on the offensive side of the ball, and the defense has played great all season.
