I think the home field advantage will bite Letcher in the butt because of the speed of the Commodores. Will be able to use it a lot more on the turf, great for Amis, White, Rankin and Beatty. Way to fast for Letcher this year. Pcc 42-24, Has Perry ever been 5-0???? I don't think so, they have that chance this week, I'm sure they will be ready.

After taking their first loss to Belfry LCC has been awakened. PCC has been showing up on every outing and these two teams have a grudge. This is definatley game of the week. I give the advantage to the Cougars at home and hungry to redeem themselves!

I really think the teams that Perry won against isn't that big of competition. South Laurel and Middlesboro could beat any of those teams. As far as Breathith Co goes, I think they was way overrated to begin the season. The cougars remember last year, and I think they will be on the best game mentality.

Correct me if im wrong..but did'nt Breathitt beat LCC by 2 or 3 td's in a schrimage

You are correct but thats why its a scrimmage!! I have to agree that PCC has not played to harsh of competition yet. Still they are putting up numbers and very dangerous. Amis gave the LCC fits last year and likely will again. PCC blew Breathitt out and the margin is what is whats so suprising. This is going to be a great battle. Each team is very capable and why its not game of the week is a mystery to me. I still am giving LCC the edge because of circumstance.

I have nothing against LCC, which I do live in the county but go to jenkins, but im going to have to go with PCC, LCC is overrated and has a cake of a schedule, LCC is a harsh environment to play at, as I noticed in the Belfry game, but Im going with PCC by 2 tds, but good luck to both teams.

The last time WYMT has televised a football game involving a Letcher County school was 1988. Whitesburg and Cumberland. Jay Crawford I believe was the sports anchor at the time. Good luck in getting them to come to Letcher County.

And didn't Hazard outscore Belfry in a scrimmage. If they played a regular game now, Belfry would beat them several touchdowns.

I agree, they need to come and do more live games, but I think Brian Milam told me that they can only do so many. I ask him last year on his radio show, and he said that they can only do so many.

Perry Central has the worst fans this world has ever known. However, they have a great team and beat Breathitt easily which is probably 2 TD's better than LCC. I will take PCC 52-14.

I cant believe how everyone is staying pcc will blow lcc out. Its not going to happen its going to be a tough game throughout unless one team just rolls over and dies. Perry has to defend the pass or the QB for letcher will eat them up. I also believe if the game is tight perry will have to watch for the trick plays. As for Letcher they just need to be able to pressure amis and keep him contained and if they do they should win but its not as easy as it sounds. If amis is able to do what he does best then pcc wins. I also noticed that this pcc team has a lot of speed which perry very rarely had. So i look forward in atttending this game as its going to be a slobber knocker.

LCC has the ability to shut down the big plays but let Varney have them. Hope they have worked on it and can shut Amis down.

I agree letcher can shut you down. But preparing for QB like Amis is almost impossible because you really dont know what he is going to do. I believe Letcher will have to have a spy on him on almost every play and mix up blitzing packages and have him confused and lcc will win.
