My boyfriend was from Germany and he was training to go back and play on his team over there again and he got me into it. It is bigger up north than here but you can always play with another person or a wall. Very good practice to just run around a field and throw and catch the ball. Harder than what some think but I loved it. I actually miss lacrosse. Alot.
